Notes:
Before the show, the audience was told in french that George choosed
the Paris shows to be filmed and everybody was asked to
participate. The live footages from the "Monkey" videoclip comes from the
Paris-Bercy shows (the place can be reconized if you know this
place), both whole shows were filmed professionally, but
unfortunately never released commercially.
