| Days Later after the opening of
the cover 2 cover tour, George flew to Rio De Janeiro to
make two appearances at the worlds, biggest rock
festival.
The month long festival
included a string of concerts by Prince, Guns N Roses,
Robert Plant, Judas Priest, New Kids on the Block, Run
DMC, Billy Idol and Lisa Stansfield.
George Staged his first solo
concert in the last week of the festival. Sporting
a newly cropped hairstyle and a sixties Beatnik look,
and wore a Beatles Jacket, he was disappointed to
discover that he had drawn a relatively poor crowd of
30,000.

cover' running order, to the crowds obvious
