George
Michael has added a second Wembley Stadium date to his summer
tour.
The former
Wham! star will be the first performer to play at the new London
stadium on 9 and 10 June.
Tickets for
the 9 June show went on sale on Thursday and some are now being
advertised on the online auction site eBay for £300.
The tour
begins in Denmark on 18 May. He will also appear in Glasgow,
Manchester, Plymouth and Norwich.
Stadium
delay
The pop star
will also visit France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, the
Czech Republic, Sweden, Holland and Hungary as part of the 26
Live Stadium Tour.
A series of
hold-ups has led to the opening of the £757m Wembley venue
bring delayed.
The
43-year-old played several key gigs at the old Wembley stadium,
including Live Aid in 1985 and Wham's farewell concert in 1986
with ex-bandmate Andrew Ridgeley.
Michael is
currently facing a drugs trial after being charged with being
unfit to drive through drugs and cautioned for cannabis
possession.
During a
hearing at Brent Magistrates' Court on Wednesday the prosecution
also added a indictment of being in charge of a vehicle while
unfit through drugs.
A trial is
expected in May or June.
